Dually located between the National Photographic Archive and Pearse House Flats, this photographic exhibition by Jeanette Lowe celebrates one of Dublin’s oldest inner-city communities.
Experience the people and environment of the flats through contemporary photographs exhibited , alongside hundreds of old photographs contributed by local people, in the National Photographic Archive.
For a unique experience walk the 1.5km to Pearse House where the exhibition continues in a flat converted back in time. This is a rare opportunity not only to visit the flats but also to see how this community has lived and continues to live in the heart of the Dublin city.
Jeanette Lowe's was the winner of the People's Choice Award PhoIreland 2012 Festival
